The joint self-assessment runs in your browser. If you choose the WhatsApp option, your answers are placed into a message for the hospital. The self-assessment is educational and is not a diagnosis.
Medical information
Do not use this website for emergencies. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, use appropriate emergency medical services. Do not send highly sensitive medical documents unless the hospital has specifically asked you to use an approved channel.
